How can I access my statistics?
Once you are logged on you have access to your affiliate account. Consult all the statistics regarding your performance in the “Statistics” section of the menu at the top of the window.
You can also visualise your performance on a graph by clicking on “Change”, on the Homepage of your affiliate account.

What type of reports can I display?
You can view all the statistics for a defined time period, in their integrity, per banner, or in sales details. These reports display the number of prints, number of clicks per banner, number of unique visitors, the CTR, the number of sales generated, the CR, the turnover generated and the total amount of your commission. Reports are generated in real time.

How can I monitor my performance?
AffiliateVista allows you to monitor and to visualise your performance with the help of accurate statistics, accessible in real time.
To get a full, detailed report on your performance, click on “Statistics” in your affiliate account area. You can view all the statistics for a defined time period, in their integrity, per banner, or in sales details. Can I download my reports?
With AffiliateVista you can download reports in CSV format. Simply create the report that you wish to download and click on “Export in CSV”. A download message will invite you to choose a file name and where you wish to save the file.
You can also visualise your performance on a graph by clicking on “Change”, on the Homepage of your affiliate account.

What is a print?
On AffiliateVista, a print is when an advertising banner, link or product is displayed on a site. The same visitor may cause more than one print by looking for the same page a number of times.

What is a click?
A click is the act of a user selecting a link displayed as text or as part of an AffiliateVista graphic on your site.

What is the CTR?
The Click Through Rate indicates the number of clicks made on a banner as a percentage of the number of times the banner is displayed.

What is a unique visitor?
A unique visitor is a unique click identified as coming from one IP address in a session of 20 minutes. A second click during the same period will not be counted.

How can I know how much commission I have earned?
You can consult your statistics at anytime in your affiliate space. The reports will allow you to keep track of your accumulated commission.

When are the statistics updated?
The reports are updated in real time.

My forms or my sales are “being prepared”. Why?
Some time is required to validate or cancel forms or sales. During this period, events are marked as “being prepared” so that to wait for receipt of payment (payment by bank transfer,…) and to ensure that the order is confirmed (after the end of the 7 day money back period) for sales.
Once this has been completed the events are automatically validated.
